The Senior Scoop is the official Dairy Bar ice cream flavor of UConn’s graduating class – created and named by seniors. The winning flavor stands as an edible tribute to Husky pride and is served during spring semester – while supplies last. Once it’s gone, it’s gone for good… so make sure to try it while you can!

If your exact flavor is selected for this year’s Senior Scoop, your name will live on forever at the Dairy Bar on our special 2023 Senior Scoop plaque. (Plus, you get all the bragging rights!)
