Applying for Graduation

To graduate, you must apply through the Student Administration System no later than the fourth week of the semester you hope to graduate. The sooner you apply, the sooner your application will be processed and any issues can be resolved.

You must also submit a Plan of Study, which is available through the academic departments for all majors and minors. Your final Plan of Study must be signed by your advisor and submitted to the Office of the Registrar no later than the fourth week of the semester you plan to graduate.

(Pharm/Pharm D and Nursing majors are exempt from submitting a Major Plan of Study; however, they must still apply to graduate and apply for any minors)

After You Apply for Graduation

In the Student Administration System, verify that your name is spelled how you would like it to appear on your diploma. Also, verify that the address in the system is where you would like your diploma mailed after graduation.

Check your HuskyMail account for emails from Degree Audit. They will inform you if there are any problems with your application and when your application for graduation is complete.
